Overhead door automation and security

LT Foods Europe (www.ltgroup.in) is an Indian family business specializing in rice and rice products. The head office of this company is located in Delhi in India and has several brachens worldwide.

At the Maasvlakte Rotterdam location we have realized a management-system for managing and securing all doors, including the overhead doors.

Particularly due to the many logistics activities in and around the building, it was impossible to keep track of which doors and overhead doors were allowed to be used by employees and suppliers. For example, doors were left open unintentionally and unattended.

By creating a management system for all doors, an overview has been created of which door is open or closed. Due to the security options in the application, doors can be linked to suppliers and employees within a certain time frame. With a mobile application, all doors can even be opened and closed.
