Small intelligent home in the heart of Ridderkerk
In a beautiful existing neighborhood in Ridderkerk, the owner has breathed new life into an old dilapidated house. Together with the contractor, the family looked at the qualities of the existing home and fulfilled their wishes. It was then decided to involve the small living room and kitchen together, creating a beautiful kitchen.
De drie slaapvertrekken zijn herverdeeld om meer plaats te maken voor een luxe badkamer. De woning beschikt zowel aan de voorzijde als achterzijde een gigantische tuin en door de grote raampartijen is er veel lichtinval. Hierdoor ontstaat er een rustige overgang van de binnen en buitenleven.
Automatic climate control
In order to continue the peaceful appearance of the house in the quiet life, a home automation system was integrated immediately during the renovation. This serves for lighting and also for all comfort for the family. The climate is automatically controlled per room, with the sun blinds and shutters also lending a helping hand.
For example, the home automation system can detect when the sun shines in a room and heats up this room. When it threatens to exceed the comfort temperature, the sun blinds are controlled to keep the room at the right temperature. Even when the rain drops by, the home automation system knows that the blinds must be raised again.
Intelligent domotica system
By using an intelligent home automation system, considerable savings are made on the energy needs of the home. Together with the solar panels on the roof, the system ensures a home that is almost zero on the meter.
With the integrated alarm, fire and water damage protection in the home automation system, the family does not have to worry about the home.
